Hello Black Coffee Family!
Temperatures are freezing, first frost set in early, and we are due for a cold cold winter! If you’ve got plenty of warm clothes, warm food, and warm friends - Black Coffee encourages you to share some of that abundance. Peace for the Streets by Kids for the Streets, or “PSKS”, is one rad local project that organizes for those left in the cold. Check out their needs-list here.
In addition to taking care of those at home, we encourage folks to keep an eye on the international TPP agreements, which could encourage the “race-to-the-bottom” economy, further exacerbating poverty & hunger around the world. Here’s relevant info from Wikileaks.
